SERVATUR CLUB GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Other “details” that Servatur will promptly make available to its customers punctually to reward their “loyalty”.

Membership Acquisition

This can be provided to our guests by requesting it via the form that can be found at our receptions.

Membership Conditions

Membership may only be granted on a personal, non-transferable basis to a natural person who is over 18 years of age and can provide proof of this on request.

Servatur reserves the right to cancel membership in the event of any misuse of this status or inappropriate conduct on the company’s premises.

Operating Rules

The advantages of the Servatur Club may be enjoyed when the customer makes the reservation directly (through one of our clerks or direct channels); it will not apply to clients who book accommodation through tour operators, travel agencies, etc.

You must prove that you are a member of the Servatur Club by presenting your Spanish National ID Card or equivalent identification document at the time the discount is redeemed. For discounts on the price of your stay, it is mandatory to prove membership at the time of booking.

No discount, gratuity or benefit of any type may be exchanged for cash.

Validity

Servatur reserves the right to cancel or change the conditions of the Servatur Club, either fully or partially, at any time. The company will inform the Club members of any such cancellations or changes as soon as possible and, in any case, will publish them on the website www.servaturhotels.com. The company shall accept no responsibility for any possible damages or losses caused to the holder as a consequence of any change of conditions or cancellation of a Club Servatur membership.

Protection of personal data

The provision by the Client of his / her personal data via the “Join the Servatur Club” application form implies his / her consent for these data to be incorporated into a customer file owned by Servatur S.A., based at C / Doramas 4, – Patalavaca – 35129 Mogán, Gran Canaria (Spain). The database allows for correct management of the form, as well as occasional dispatches of information that may be of interest to the customer with regard to the company’s services and products.

Customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by contacting the Servatur IT Department.
